Fashion Jewellery Arts

Carol Raeburn learned to love jewellery as a child. Eventually, her penchant for collecting beautiful adornments turned into a passion for creating them. Carol’s design interests are wide-ranging, but often focus on transforming classic, cosmopolitan fashion into unique jewellery pieces that express the wearer’s individual style and personality, from simply elegant to boldly artistic.

Carol’s designer jewellery reflects her formal training in metalsmith and wirework techniques, including the traditional art of chainmaille weaving.

Inspired by the rhythms, colours and patterns of the natural world, and art history, Carol creates contemporary day-to-evening Jewelry using natural gemstones, freshwater cultured pearls, crystals, sterling silver and other metals.

Carol studied at the Jewellery Design and Management International School, where she obtained her Fashion Jewellery Arts Diploma and Professional Certificates in Jewellery Design and Fabrication. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology and Computing, an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and has more than 10 years of experience as a Fashion Jewellery Arts Trainer.

Carol’s jewellery has been gifted at GBK’s Luxury Gift Lounge for the 2014 MTV Movie Awards and to attending celebrities at GBK's 2016 Golden Globes Celebrity Gift Lounge under her brand name Carol Raeburn Jewelry.
